Blue Cup is currently in pre-production on Fonta Flora, a psychological thriller with social implications in the vein of Ex Machina or Parasite, set on Lake James in the foothills of North Carolina.

Logline: Burke Buchanan, an esteemed author, escapes everything to a lost relative’s remote lake house aiming to write his final novel: a reworking of America’s origin story.

Upon his arrival, he encounters an unexpected guest who barters information about a local myth in exchange for lodging, but as the legend of the lake reveals itself, Burke begins to question his guest’s intentions and his own place in the story.
